01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 786ab ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the services available at 786ab.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and all associated account and payment services.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 786ab, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are not unlawful for the individual user.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account with 786ab under any name or identity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 786ab or any of its associated game providers and payment partners.
• You are of sound mind and entering into this agreement voluntarily, without coercion.

786ab reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Approval of an account registration does not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently verify eligibility and close an account that is found to be ineligible.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services at 786ab — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino games — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. 786ab is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player. If your personal details change after registration, you must update your account information promptly by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account with 786ab. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. 786ab employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any funds held in those accounts (including winnings and bonus balances) may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

786ab operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time the platform deems necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 786ab username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 786ab will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify 786ab immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

786ab accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 786ab does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 786ab does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals are made to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 786ab reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 786ab platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 786ab does not operate multi-currency accounts, and no currency conversion facility is provided within the platform. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard should be aware that their card issuer may apply currency conversion charges if the card is denominated in a currency other than BDT.

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a 786ab deposit through your payment provider without first contacting 786ab support to resolve the matter is a violation of these Terms. Accounts subject to chargeback disputes will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during the disputed period may be withheld.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

786ab offers a range of bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this document and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple and any game-specific contribution rates are detailed in the terms of each offer. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

786ab takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit (arbitrage), using automated systems to complete wagering requirements, and misrepresenting identity to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once. 786ab reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

6.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings derived from a free bet or no-deposit bonus is ৳10,000. This cap does not apply to winnings generated from real-money deposits independent of any bonus.

07 Betting Rules

All sports and cricket bets placed on the 786ab platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. General betting rules applicable to all markets are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 786ab does not permit the cancellation or amendment of a bet after it has been accepted, except in circumstances where 786ab determines that a palpable error has occurred (see 7.1 below).
• Bets placed on markets that have been suspended at the time of placement will be void and the stake returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. 786ab accepts no liability for delayed or incorrect in-play data from third-party data providers.
• The minimum single-bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings are credited to your 786ab account balance upon settlement of the relevant market, typically within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.

7.1 Palpable Errors

786ab reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect decimal point placement, data feed errors, or human input mistakes that result in odds materially inconsistent with the fair market price at the time of the event. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

08 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 786ab platform — including live dealer games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and table games — are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to regular audits to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

786ab acts as the account and payments layer for casino game access and is not responsible for game outcomes, which are determined entirely by the game providers' certified RNG systems. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the game round in question will be voided and the stake returned, unless the provider's own rules specify otherwise.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786ab platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds that are derived from unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 786ab support immediately rather than exploited.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate sporting events for betting advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, particularly in poker or live dealer games, for mutual financial advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 786ab staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits after receiving the corresponding services.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786ab platform — including but not limited to the 786ab brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 786ab or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as granting any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without the prior written consent of 786ab.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, or mirror any part of the website's content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786ab's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786ab shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss — even if 786ab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

786ab does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 786ab accepts no liability for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.

12 Privacy & Data
